• As your people increase their capacity, the capacity of organization grows.

• Successful people have always positioned themselves well, put themselves in the positions where their strengths are.

• Successful leaders position other leaders well.

• If you are out of position you will never reach your full potential!

• You have to have great players to have great teams.

• You have to win or you can’t continue to do what you do. This is true no matter what it is that you do.

• We don’t want their best days to be while they are with us. We want their best days to be ahead of them after they leave us.

• Your values define how you want to live, the legacy you want to leave and the character and lifestyle you want to live.

• What would make you cry at your 70th birthday party with regret?

• What do you want people to say about you and your character when you are not when you are in the room?

• Sometimes you have to go completely backwards in order to get where you ultimately want to be!

• Fear is OK, it is a normal human emotion! It is complacency that will kill you!

• Change is inevitable!

• Storms are always temporary! Nothing last for ever. Remember to keep your bearings knowing the clouds are going to clear up.

• Focus more executing and less on planning.

• You have to be able to make very tough decisions when the conditions are very difficult around you!
